These buildings are assembled in our workshop onto a metal sledge and where possible craned into position, negating in most cases the need for planning permission. |

Specifications
- All of the above buildings are 8ft to the eaves, 10ft 6in to the ridge and have a lined overhang of approximately 3ft (except mobile shelters)
- Panels are 3in x 2in clad with 6in x 1in Square edged larch lapped boards giving a thickness of 5in.
- Roofing cladding is black ‘Onduline’ a corrugated bituminous roof sheet carrying a 15 year manufacturers warranty
- Roof trusses and purlins are constructed from 4in x 2in Scandinavian CLS.
- Doors are 2 1/2in thick 3ft 6in wide hung in a 5in x 3in frame. Constructed with a 4inx 2in CLS frame clad with ¾ in TG&V and lined on the inside with 1/2in Hardwood ply ( the top door being clad with TG&V both sides) and, hung on 18in heavy duty hooks and bands. The doors come with an anti- chew strip to the top edge, 8in shoot bolt and kick over latch.
- Note all hardware is galvanized Windows are 3ft wide 2ft6in tall sliding with metal ‘jail bars’ on the inside.
- Kick boards or full lining if required are 1/2in Hardwood ply.
- Tack room doors are framed, ledged and braced, clad with TG&V hung on 18in heavy duty hooks and bands.
- Shelters have a 6ft opening as standard, but this can be made any size and placed anywhere in the building if required.
- All timbers are dip tank treated in a nut brown wood preserve.
- Sizes are shown in imperial for convenience, but all buildings are constructed to the nearest metric size.
Note the above price includes erecting and bolting down, delivery is free within 30 miles of Penrith, for distances over this a small charge maybe incurred dependant upon distance and size of order.

Each box incorporates a loose box bottom door with galvanised fittings and anti-chew strip and metal 'jail bars' to the front panel (these can also be requested between the dividing panels on each box). - The roofs are covered in black Onduline on the apex roofs which is a corrugated bitumen material guaranteed by the manufacturer for 15yrs and felt is used on the pent roof sheds all sheds are underlined with 1/2 OSB

- All summer houses are constructed either from 3/4in shiplap or TG&V redwood, over a 4in x 2in frame.
- Floors are 1/2in hardwood ply on 4in x 2in frame

- The veranda is constructed from redwood grooved decking.
- Windows can be supplied with leaded glass
- Roofs can be fitted with felt tiles or slates, please enquire.
- We can also supply and fit decking, handrails etc. around the summerhouse if required

Our written quotations are valid for a period of 1 month from date of issue.
20% Deposit with the order, the balance is due on completion of the building.
If lorry access to the site is not possible we must be informed beforehand and alternative transport to the site must be arranged by the customer (i.e. tractor & trailer) otherwise a charge will be incurred.
Sizes are shown in imperial for convenience, but all boxes are constructed to the nearest metric size.
Delivery and erection of the building within a 30 mile radius of Penrith is free, for distances over this a charge maybe incurred, dependant upon distance and size of order.
Site work and preparation of bases are the customer's responsibility, with the exception of the site being within a 30 mile radius of Penrith for which we can quote.
We reserve the right to make changes to the product for improvements sake without prior notice.
We cannot accept responsibility for timber shrinkage, cracking, warping etc. which may occur due to extreme wet or dry periods.
Note all good remain the property of Tigna until payment has been received in full and therefore buildings should not be occupied until then.
